Do you believe that someone must be a certain age before they fall in love?
Or that it is 100% impossible to stay with your first love/relationship?
I am 19 years old, but I am very level-headed and mature for my age.
I have never beEn a dreaMer or an idealist under any circumstance.
Until a few years ago, I haD neVer hAd a boYfrieNd, and I had always subscribed to the theory that it was virtually impossible to be with your first relationship forever.
I even had that belief going into my first relationship.
About five months into the relationship, I realized that I really was in love with him.
It was a feeling way different from a "crush." It's a secure, protective, trusting, undescribable feeling. We both know we are in love. We have been dating for roughly two years now, with no bumps whatsoever in the relationship. We both talk about getting married after college. But any time the subject comes up in conversation with other people, I get bombarded with statements like,
"You'll never stay with your first boyfriend," "You don't actually believe you're gonna marry him,"
and
"You're way to young to know what love is." And it infuriates me. I know the teenage stereotypes. Hell, I have a bunch of friends that say they're madly in love with someone before they know their last name.
But we're not all like that. Can I get some opinions on the subject?
What side do you take? Why?
well guys, wat can u say abwt this situation?....
