A PORKY TUTORIAL
Adding animated rainfall
NOTE: This is for noobs only , Pro's step out !!!
1. Make a new ( i dont know how to say document or image or file? haha)
with these options:

2. And fill the (ok image?:yct06:) image with black using the paint bucket tool located
on the tool bar

3. Now you should have something like this

4. Now go to filter > noise > add noise

and follow this settings

5. Go to filter > blur > gaussian blur

with these settings

6. then go to filter > stylize > wind >

with these settings

7. after those filterrrrings you should have something like this

8. Now we need to rotate the image to make it look like a rain theres no rain coming from left to right :yct18:
go to Image > rotate canvas > 90 ' CCW

to make it something like this

9. Now open the Image you want to add rainfall with
for me I chose this The Frozen Pork :yct18: I mean the frozen throne ..:yociexp30:

10. Now click the the first image you just made earlier (the rainfall one)
and in the tool bar click the move button

Click then hold the the rainfall image then drag it to the frozen throne
(or the image you want to add the rainfall effect with )

Now with the move button move the rainfall layer to cover the whole frozen throne
with the rain fall effect

11. Now go to the layer window then change the opacity to 39%

12. Click the jump to Image ready button to start the animation

NOW LETS ANIMATE
1. Make a new animation frame

2. Click the move button then click the new frame added

also make sure on the layer window you highlighted this layer
or else you cant move the rainfall layer

3. move the rainfall layer a little downward make sure you are in the second frame
if you want to make the animation more interesting just add a frame then move the rainfall layer
click play...
If you got the instructions carefully you'll have something like this
